The next ranking of the best universities in the world QS World University Rankings 2015 is released. Among the six Ukrainian universities that it includes is NTUU “KPI”.
The rating consists of four most important criteria for prospective students: studying, teaching, employment and international perspective. These key areas are evaluated by six indicators, each of which has a maximum weight percentage. Four of them are based on objective ("hard") data; two materials are based on global surveys, one of the participants which are in its field of Most Reputable scientists, and the other - the most authoritative in the industry employers.
This year NTUU "KPI” was the third among Ukrainian universities (551 in the overall ranking), which were in the QS World University Rankings, passing only two classical universities - National Taras Shevchenko University (421 position in overall ranking) and Kharkiv National University (481 place in the rating). The rating also includes three universities Sumy State University (4th place among Ukrainian universities and 651 - in total rating), and the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" and Donetsk National University, who shared the fifth-sixth place in the Ukrainian list and took 701 position in rating.
