Computer simulations of temperature and deformation fields of electrolyzer OA-300 kA and its’ metal casing were performed under the guidance of prof. Panov E. M., assoc. Vasylchenko G. M., Shylovych I. for Zaporizhkij Aluminum Plant, which allowed to improve the design and increase time period between repairs.
Energy-saving mixers of rotary-pulsation, cavitation and other were developed and implemented in the production under the guidance of prof. Fedotkina I. M., assoc. Kovalenko I. V., assoc. Tymonin O. M. for dispersion and homogenization processes in chemical, paint and food industries.
Composite materials manufacture technologies were developed under the guidance of prof. Sivetskij V.I., prof. Kolosov O.E. and senior researcher Filatova O. M., including structural sound insulating foam for JSC factory "Kyivmiskbudmaterialy" as well as for fibrous fillers impregnation with polymers for “КЗПМ” (Brovary) and “UkrNDITM” (Dnіpropetrovsk).
Software system was created for nonlinear deformation modeling, as well as for destruction of structural elements of chemical process equipment and other industries, under the guidance of prof. Sakharov O.S. and Hondlyah O. V.
Three-dimensional mathematical model is developed and numerical simulation of vortex stochastic processes is carried out in cyclones and heat exchangers of rotating furnaces under the guidance of prof. Sakharov O. S. and assoc. Scherbyna V. U. for JSC "Nasosenergomash" (Sumy city) and Association "Ukrcement".
