The scientists of the department are engaged in basic researches of modern composite materials reprocessing problems, mathematical modeling of complex systems and problems of continuous medium mechanics. Among them we can single out targeted basic researches, the results of which form scientific-technical and innovative projects, as well as projects of general-academic programs in applied researches. Important scientific results of applied nature are received on this basis. |
Research and teaching staff of the department in conjunction with the SRC "Resource-saving technologies" conducts complex research works on development of new resource-saving technologies and equipment for chemical, metallurgical and construction industries. |
The software for three-dimensional modeling and automated design of working bodies for extrusion and plastic-mixing polymer equipment, as well as series of static, dynamic and combined mixers were created for JSC “UkrNDIplastmash” and SDB JSC factory "Bilshovuk" (m. Kyiv), led by prof. Sivetskiy V.I., lecturer Pristaylov S.O., Sidorov D.E., Sokolskiy O.L. |
