Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic is a participant in the Microsoft IT Academy - an international program to support teachers who conduct classes in the study and application of software products Microsoft, IT specialists training in schools, and provides access to advanced IT courses and certification.

25 students of LU-61 together with teachers visited PJSC "Obolon". During the tour visitors learn about the history and achievements of the company, as well as heard and seen all phases of beer production. At the end of all received gifts (bags of product samples), and those who are right and most other guide answered the question - and more memorable prizes. Unfortunately, production facilities photograph is prohibited.

The program complex ANSYS, which is widely used in educational process of CPSM department, now can be free downloaded by any student to study.
ANSYS is a software created by ANSYS company, Inc.. The package can solve a wide range of tasks in the areas of strength, heat, water-gas-dynamics, electromagnetism and interdisciplinary analysis, that combines all four areas. Allows to optimize the design based on all of these analysis types.

The next ranking of the best universities in the world QS World University Rankings 2015 is released. Among the six Ukrainian universities that it includes is NTUU “KPI”.
The rating consists of four most important criteria for prospective students: studying, teaching, employment and international perspective. These key areas are evaluated by six indicators, each of which has a maximum weight percentage. Four of them are based on objective ("hard") data; two materials are based on global surveys, one of the participants which are in its field of Most Reputable scientists, and the other - the most authoritative in the industry employers.
